At The Verandah, the culinary team honours this legacy by recreating the soulful flavours of Kashmir using classic techniques and authentic ingredients, offering diners a glimpse into the region’s timeless gastronomic artistry.
The menu features signature dishes such as Tabakh Maas, Yakhni, Gushtaba, Seekh Kebabs, Zaafran Kokur and Rista, each representing the depth and diversity of Kashmiri Waazwan cuisine.
