Deeply rooted in tradition, Waazwan is more than a feast—it is a reflection of Kashmir’s culture, craftsmanship and centuries-old culinary wisdom.


Prepared with patience and precision, the multi-course Waazwan showcases the hallmark elements of Kashmiri cuisine—slow-cooked gravies, subtle use of spices and meticulously balanced flavours. Each dish reflects the reverence and discipline that define this celebrated culinary tradition, long associated with warmth, hospitality and abundance.



At The Verandah, the culinary team honours this legacy by recreating the soulful flavours of Kashmir using classic techniques and authentic ingredients, offering diners a glimpse into the region’s timeless gastronomic artistry.

 

The menu features signature dishes such as Tabakh Maas, Yakhni, Gushtaba, Seekh Kebabs, Zaafran Kokur and Rista, each representing the depth and diversity of Kashmiri Waazwan cuisine.
