As part of the nationwide “Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan – Vikshit Bharat Ki Pehchaan”, an awareness rally was organised by the Medical Department of Metro Railway at Rabindra Sarobar Metro station today i.e. on 22.06.2026.
The rally aimed at creating awareness among commuters and the general public at large about the ill effects of such substance abuse and to encourage a drug-free lifestyle.
The initiative was in accordance with the Government of India's ongoing outreach efforts to raise awareness about drug abuse and it's harmful consequences and to promote social well-being under the theme "Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan,Viksit Bharat Ki pehchaan" Through such awareness activities, Metro Railway continues to campaign for national initiatives aimed at fostering a responsible, healthy and empowered society.
The rally received encouraging responses from the commuters, reinforcing the collective commitment towards achieving the" Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan,Viksit Bharat Ki pehchaan"
