Reinforcing its commitment to providing fast, reliable, and time-bound delivery solutions, a premium service viz. "24 Speed Post, 24 Speed post parcel and 4g Speed Post" was launched nationwide by India Post on March 17, 2026 offering guaranteed delivery with top priority at each stage of handling of mail with no-cost OTP based delivery, SMS alerts.
Aiming at strengthening the Department's presence in the fast-growing express logistics segment, a special Mobile Theatre Van Campaign was flagged off by Shri Ashok Kumar, CPMG, West Bengal Postal Circle today, to promote these premium express services by showcasing reliable, efficient, and time-bound delivery solutions.
As a part of the campaign, the West Bengal Posta-1 Circle has commenced a 6o-day public awareness drive with effect from June 29, 2026 wherein two specially branded Mobile Theatre Vans, equipped with static displays and audio-visual promotional content, will travel across prominent locations in Kolkata and its adjacent areas with high public footfall to create awareness about these enhanced Speed post services.
The Mobile Theatre Vans were flagged off by CPMG, West Bengal Postal Circle from Kolkata GPO along with other dignitaries.
