Kolkata, 30th August 2026: Yashoda Hospitals, Hitec City, Hyderabad, organized a press meet at the Kolkata Press Club to showcase its advanced cancer care capabilities, with a special focus on MR-LINAC Technology and its role in delivering highly precise and personalised radiation therapy.
The interaction was led by Dr. M. Suneetha, Sr. Consultant Radiation Oncologist & Clinical Director, along with Mr. Sanjay Bhattacharya, AGM – Marketing, and Mr. Sagar Mukherjee, AM – Marketing, Yashoda Hospitals, Hitec City. A key focus of the discussion was MR-LINAC, one of the world’s most advanced radiation therapy technologies and among the pioneering installations in India. The technology combines high-quality MRI imaging with precise radiation delivery, enabling clinicians to visualise tumours and surrounding healthy tissues more clearly during treatment and adapt radiation delivery based on changes in the patient’s anatomy.
